Special War Powers[]
The Vanderich had placed particular theories on powerful and legendary warriors called Special War Powers (Notable Fighting Powers), based on Hakura's theory on who might be worthy to fight him or worthy to join his cause. He states there could be 55 special war powers, since those warriors hold tremendous potential.
